Small company. Big impact.
At PulsePoint, we don't just hire smart people. We hire people who seek a relaxed, collaborative and open environment where they can be creative, ambitious and have a huge impact. And while each of us already thinks big , we are always on the lookout for team members who think bigger, move faster and amaze our customers every day. These are exciting times at PulsePoint. We have great teams in place and we're always looking for more.
Since its inception, PulsePoint has been governed by our core values. They shape the character of our company, guide how we behave and influence our decisions. Our Core Values are, therefore, much more than words on paper. They are the values we live by and help us form our unique culture, brand and business strategies.
We are one company, one team. We believe that succeeding collectively is more important than our own individual accomplishments. Like many companies, we celebrate hitting big milestones and goals across the company—big time (and it may or may not involve drinks and door prizes). That’s the easy part. The difficult part and the sign of a successful team is how it responds when it’s kicked in the gut and things don’t go as planned. We view these challenges as learning opportunities, taking collective responsibility, never pointing fingers and getting collectively stronger as a result. There is no “they” at PulsePoint; only “we”.
PulsePoint is an awesome and fun place to work. We encourage all team members to think about how they can add a little bit of fun to their day and how they can love the incredible work they do at PulsePoint. We don't take ourselves too seriously. We take pride in the incredible culture we’ve been able to achieve and look for people who truly enjoy contributing to that culture every single day. Our colleagues at PulsePoint are some of the most talented in the industry and the friendships we make along the way make us a happier, better and more productive company. Negativity and pessimism don’t do well here. Our offices have clearly labeled ‘exit signs’. If you’re not enjoying yourself, use them.
It’s not about simply meeting our customer’s expectations—it’s about going the extra mile and blowing those expectations out of the water. Regardless of whether the customer is someone with whom we do business or our fellow PulsePoint team members, it’s our opportunity to create "Wow!” in each and every interaction. We regularly ask ourselves, “Will it make my customer smile?” If yes, we do it. If not, we don’t.
Our success is built on speed, agility and personal accountability. At PulsePoint, we’re never complacent. We anticipate what’s next, jump in with both feet and fill the void. We always bring our A-Game—our focused excellence. We are obsessed about quality but with an iterative, fast-paced approach. We move quickly with a shared sense of purpose and simply get things done, knocking down any obstacles in our path. If you’re waiting around for someone to tell you what to do, you’re too late; at PulsePoint, someone already beat you to it.
We challenge norms and push boundaries. We are bold in what we do even if it means missteps and failures along the way. That’s not to say we enjoy failing; far from it. Failing sucks. But if we’re not willing to try new stuff, fail fast and pivot to the next great idea we’ll stagnate as a company. And while we’d all like to come up with the new “billion dollar idea”, we recognize innovation is often incremental, looking at even the most routine situations as unique opportunities to do it better, challenging each other and ourselves to push the envelope on what can be done. We don’t just work outside the box, we crush it.
